About 13:11 Shop
An owner-operated automotive shop in Las Cruces, New Mexico — built around quality work, in-house repairs, and customer satisfaction.
Owner-Operated. In-House. Built On Experience.
13 11 Shop LLC is an owner-operated automotive shop in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The owner brings 20 years of experience in automotive paint and repairs, and started the business to provide quality work and real value to customers.
Work is completed in-house. From body and collision repair to painting, fabrication, and performance work, the jobs on your vehicle are handled by our team rather than sent elsewhere. That keeps quality and accountability in one place.
We emphasize quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and value. That shows up in how each repair is approached — inspecting the vehicle, following proper procedures, and doing the work correctly rather than rushing it through.
A Focus On GM Trucks, LS Engines & Custom Paint
Alongside general body and collision repair, the shop has a particular experience and interest in GM trucks, GM performance tuning, LS-based engine projects, and custom automotive paint.
That focus extends to the work that surrounds those projects — truck suspension upgrades and lowering, the metal fabrication related to the services we actually perform, and the paint and refinishing that ties it together. Performance work is currently GM-focused; reach out with your vehicle and goals and we’ll let you know if it’s a fit.
The Work We Handle
13:11 Shop performs the body repair, collision repair, painting and refinishing, dent repair, bumper repair, suspension, and fabrication work listed across our services. Each project is assessed individually — on the vehicle, in person — so the approach fits the repair and the customer.
We don’t claim to handle every vehicle or every request. What we do promise is an honest conversation about what your vehicle needs, what the work involves, and whether it’s a project we should take on.
Our Approach
At 13:11 Shop, our approach is straightforward:
Do the work correctly. Communicate honestly. Keep it in-house. Stand behind it personally.
As the owner, that’s a statement of personal commitment to how we approach every repair — not a written warranty, guarantee, or specific promise. If you have questions about a particular repair, bring it by the shop or call us and we’ll talk it through.
